Building a Modern Kebbi
Governor Nasir Idris has driven major infrastructure development across Kebbi State, focusing on connectivity, essential services, and governance. His administration has constructed and rehabilitated over 100 kilometers of roads, improving access between rural communities and urban centers, which in turn boosts trade, mobility, and economic growth. To tackle energy and water challenges, rural electrification projects and the installation of boreholes have been rolled out, bringing consistent electricity and clean water to underserved areas. Addressing the housing needs of workers and low-income earners, the government has launched affordable housing schemes aimed at improving living conditions. Additionally, the completion of a modern secretariat complex has streamlined government operations, providing a more efficient and organized workspace for civil servants.
